About Zoe Holleran

Zoe Holleran’s path to family law began with an interest in advocacy, policy, and the ways legal systems affect individuals and families. Before becoming an attorney, Zoe studied Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and worked as a Public Policy Associate for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in Washington, D.C, where she gained experience working on issues with deeply personal and far-reaching impact.

Although she valued the impact of policy work, Zoe was drawn to the more direct and personal nature of family law. She chose family law because it allows her to work closely with clients, understand their goals, and help them navigate legal issues that meaningfully affect their daily lives.

Zoe earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, she gained hands-on family law experience through the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic, which provides legal services to low-income individuals in the Raleigh area. She also worked as a Summer Associate with Gailor Hunt before joining the firm as an attorney.

Zoe represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, and premarital agreements. She understands that family law cases are often emotionally charged and complex. With an empathetic and detail-oriented approach, Zoe helps clients understand the legal process, identify realistic goals, and make informed decisions about their path forward.

Her practice is guided by the belief that high-stakes family law matters require both compassion and clear-eyed judgment. Zoe focuses on making clients feel heard and understood while providing practical legal guidance tailored to the facts of each case.
